Hello, I’m Magui, a Green turtle.

On May 31st, 2021, I was captured in the Bahía de Loreto National Park and received my name thanks to my godfather, Don Chuy.

I weigh 30.9 kg, and for now, my sex is undetermined. I was tagged with a plate so my journey can be tracked in the future if I’m recaptured. After all my data was collected, I was released to continue my life in the ocean. Thanks to projects like this, turtles like me have the opportunity to be better protected. Your interest in our conservation makes a big difference!
